Maharani Wolf Dream Factory

1. Maharani, what inspired you to get into the wellness industry and start DreamFactory ?

My inspiration comes from a life path that is shaped by two contrasting worlds: Switzerland and India. The journey between these cultures has taught me a lot - about the meaning of authenticity, self-determination and the inner strength that comes from feeling firmly rooted in your spirituality. In the DreamFactory, I combine all of this and help people to realize their dreams. I see it as my calling to show others a way through wellness and nutrition to sustainably improve their quality of life and live in harmony with their own values.

2. What does your daily routine look like as a nutrition and lifestyle coach? What are your main tasks?
My everyday life as a coach is very varied and fulfilling. A central part of my work is the personal support of my clients. I support them in finding their individual balance between vitality and enjoyment and in building a healthy, sustainable life. An important part of my work is also leading the FitMarathon, our community that focuses on optimizing nutrition, exercise and daily routines. This community not only strengthens individual health, but also creates a feeling of solidarity and motivation. I also regularly train new dream coaches - an aspect of my work that is particularly dear to my heart, as it enables others to find and realize their own calling.

3. What challenges did you overcome on your way to starting your business and how did you overcome them?

My life has been marked by challenges that have taught me to believe in myself. When I returned to Switzerland as a single mother to care for my sons, I saw network marketing as an opportunity to build a financial base. But with this opportunity came the typical challenges: self-doubt, financial hurdles and the balance between family and work. I was helped by my deep inner conviction that we can achieve everything we desire from the bottom of our hearts - if we are prepared to pay the price and stick with it.

4. Could you tell us more about the philosophy behind DreamFactory? What does “What if it were really possible... TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS ” mean to you?

"What would it be like if it were really possible... TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS?" – for me that's not just a sentence, but an invitation to give it your all. The philosophy behind the DreamFactory is to create a positive, inspiring environment in which dreams can not only be thought, but lived. The FitMarathon , our community, is a central element of this. People come together here to work on better nutrition, exercise, and their daily routines. Achieving this harmony is also a reflection of what I embody in my own life: the freedom to consciously create a life that fulfills you and to which you can say "yes" inside.

5. How do you help your customers find a balance between pleasure and health in their lives?

For me, enjoyment is a natural part of a healthy lifestyle - it's about enjoying life consciously and without guilt. Many people think that sport alone leads to success, but 80% of success actually lies in nutrition. It is particularly important to me to support entire families, including many single mothers who want to promote not only their health but also their financial stability from home with a conscious lifestyle. Here I encourage them to find a new relationship with enjoyment and health that is sustainable and leaves room for joy in everyday life.

6. What are the most important values you represent in your coaching practice?

My coaching practice is characterized by authenticity, respect and joy in life. For me, authenticity means that I am firmly rooted in both worlds - the Western and the Eastern - and that I live this way. The respect is shown in the fact that I look at each person individually and accept that everyone has their own path and their own pace. And the joy in life gives me the inner strength to meet other people on a deeper level.

7. How has your personal journey and background influenced your approach to coaching and wellness?

My personal journey has taught me that life can be full of contrasts and that true strength often lies in the ability to stay true to yourself. The journey between Switzerland and India has shown me how important it is to approach new things with an open mind and to try new things out. In my coaching, I therefore support people in questioning themselves and shaping their way of life in a way that suits them. My own journey and the experience of what it means to live between tradition and modernity give me the foundation to support others in their own way and with all my heart.

8. Could you give us insights into the methods and approaches you use in your coaching?
I work with a three-stage approach that addresses the needs and goals of each individual client. The first stage is a wellness assessment, with or without medical measurements, which gives a clear overview of the person's current condition and goals. Then we develop a plan together with coaching, dietary changes and exercise plans, including a client app that is tailored to their goals. The third stage is regular coaching, which serves to measure progress and provide new impulses and motivation to keep going. Another element of my work is the training of dream coaches. This enables me to pass on my knowledge and vision and offer others a solid basis on which they can shape their own future.

9. How important is it for you to collaborate with other women in the industry and support each other?

For me, collaboration among women is an essential aspect of my work and my success. Women often face similar challenges in life and in the professional world, and the solidarity in our industry is a great source of inspiration and support. Especially in the training of new dream coaches, I see how important it is to have a network that motivates and empowers. By supporting each other, we women create role models and encourage others to follow their own path.

10. What are some common misconceptions about nutrition and lifestyle that you often have to address in your work?

A common misconception is that healthy eating means deprivation. Many people believe they have to follow extremely strict rules to live a healthy life. It's not about prohibitions, but about finding a balance that is good for the body and mind. Another misconception is the idea that change has to happen quickly - many expect immediate results and lose patience if the process takes longer. I therefore always stress the importance of patience and sustainability. After all, health and well-being are a journey, not a short-term destination. It's a marathon, not a sprint - that's why we use the FitMarathon.

11. What are some of your proudest moments since founding DreamFactory?

A special moment was when we reached 2,200 members in our community with the DreamFactory, that is, customers with results and many coaches who help to create these results in weight control, muscle building, wellness, lifestyle - or simply to improve the health of customers, often entire families. It shows that we are creating something that inspires and accompanies people. Training dream coaches is also one of my greatest successes, as it gives people the opportunity to realize their own vision in the area of wellness. And of course I am proud that my two sons are actively involved in the DreamFactory and can thus go their own way. Our work gives them the freedom to live independently of location and to realize their dreams together with like-minded people - that is a gift that motivates me every day.

12. How do you see the future for women in the wellness industry? What changes do you want to see?

I see a strong future for women in the wellness industry. More and more women are realizing their own power and the influence they have to create positive change. My wish is that even more women in this industry have the courage to follow their own vision and become true role models for the next generation. The wellness industry offers great potential for flexibility and self-determination - qualities that enable women to combine work and family and still shape their own careers. I wish for a world in which this flexibility is even more supported and women inspire, encourage and lead each other.

13. Could you share some tips on how other women in business can achieve their own wellness and nutrition goals?

The most important step is to know why you are pursuing a certain goal. Without clear motivation, it is easy to lose direction along the way. I recommend that women set small, achievable goals and regularly reflect on and celebrate their progress. In the wellness industry in particular, it can be very valuable to seek support and inspiration, be it through a network or a mentor. A conscious diet and healthy routines not only provide physical energy, but also strengthen mental focus. Last but not least: don't be discouraged if you experience setbacks - every step brings you closer to your goal. And it is a huge help for success if you create your own results and represent your best self.

14. How do you use social media and other platforms to spread your message and services?

For me, social media is a tool that I definitely don't use enough. I have various groups where I regularly share content that informs, inspires and motivates - be it through success stories, tips on nutrition or ideas for an active lifestyle. At the same time, these platforms give me the opportunity to get direct feedback from my customers and to understand their needs even better. I also use webinars and online challenges to actively support people digitally and show them that their goals are achievable.

15. What are your hopes for the next generation of female entrepreneurs in the wellness and nutrition industry?

For the next generation of entrepreneurs, I hope above all that they have the courage to be authentic. The strength that lies within each person is strongest when they go their own way and live by their own values. I hope that the next generation will push for a new understanding of success - one that is not just characterized by financial success, but also by inner satisfaction and the ability to give. The wellness industry can be the ideal field for combining professional and personal goals and making one's own passion useful for the well-being of other people.
