Black and White Photography, Jewelry Design and My Creative Symbiosis

Writer: Lisa LesunjaLisa Lesunja

Hello dear readers,

Today I would like to take you deep into my world of creativity in a comprehensive article, in which black and white photography, jewelry design and my personal journey merge into a harmonious unity. My name is Lisa Lesunja, and I invite you to take a look at my creative symbiosis.

Childhood and influence: My journey began with my first Kodak camera at the age of seven. A passion shaped by my family's love of art, music and philosophy. These formative years laid the foundation for my later creative development and completed my GCSE photography degree in England.

The aesthetics of jewelry design: As a goldsmith, my aesthetic vision was sharpened. For me, jewelry design became not just a craft, but an art form. Every piece I create has a story and emotion within it. The attention to detail and the ability to create aesthetics in the form of precious metals and gemstones not only flow into my jewelry collections, but are also a source of inspiration for my black and white photographs.

The power of contrasts: Black and white photography fascinates me in a unique way. Reduction to contrasts allows the essence of a moment to be revealed. Every shadow, every light becomes a powerful element in the composition. The absence of color creates space for pure emotion and timeless stories.

Pieces of jewelry in editorial: My pieces of jewelry not only take the form of works of art, but also find their place in editorial shoots. Here they become protagonists in visual stories brought to life through the lens of black and white photography. The combination of jewelry and photography becomes a harmonious dance of different talents.

Symbiosis of jewelry, photography and entrepreneurship: The symbiosis of jewelry design, photography and entrepreneurship is at the heart of my creative journey. The aesthetic vision as a goldsmith not only permeates my jewelry, but also my photography. For me, the art of creating beauty is not limited to one area, but rather permeates all facets of my creative work.

A new chapter in St. Moritz: After 15 years in Zurich, my journey took me to St. Moritz. Here, surrounded by the majestic beauty of the mountains, I find new inspiration for my black and white compositions and the creation of new pieces of jewelry every day.

Outlook: The journey through my world of black and white photography and jewelry design is far from over. Every day brings new inspiration, every creation tells a unique story. I look forward to continuing to share with you my creative development.

The connection to the interior: The removal of color opens up a space for contemplation of inner beauty. A black and white portrait allows you to focus on the soul without being distracted by external stimuli. It is as if you are immersed directly in the essence of the person being portrayed.

.

Thank you for being part of my journey. also on Instagram @vove_photography Kind regards, Lisa Lesunja
